Construction Sector – Submissions and Details of Public Hearing.

18th of July 2024 - Update on the application for an SEO in the construction sector.

Pursuant to its notice of intention to conduct an examination of the terms and conditions relating to the remuneration and any sick pay scheme or pension scheme in respect of the construction sector (below), the Labour Court is in receipt of three submissions ( CIF, the applicant trade unions and Joseph King Connect TU , Galway).

Pursuant to section 15(4) of the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2015 the Court has scheduled a public hearing to hear from all parties appearing to it to be interested and desiring to be heard. The hearing will take place on Tuesday the 6th of August 2024 at 2.30p.m. at the Labour Court, Lansdowne House, Lansdowne Road, Dublin 4.
