Register of Collective Agreements under Section 24 of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997

Section 24 of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 provides for the registration of collective agreements referred to in section 4, 15 or 16 or paragraph 4 (a) of the First Schedule or in regulation 9(4) or 10(2) of the Activities of Doctors in Training Regulations.

Section 10 of the 1997 requires the Court to establish and maintain a register of collective agreements standing approved of by it under this section and such a register shall be made available for inspection by members of the public at all reasonable times. 

The register is open to public inspection by appointment at the Labour Court during normal office hours.
