Christmas and New Year Opening Hours

The Labour Court will be closed on Public and Bank holidays over the Christmas and New Year period, these being Wednesday 25th December 2024, Thursday 26th December 2023 and Wednesday 1st January 2025. 

Appeals emailed to the Court at appeals@labourcourt.ie  will be recorded as given to the Court within the meaning of section 44(2) of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 on the date the email is sent, and this includes the listed public holiday dates.

Appeals sent to the Labour Court by post or other delivery service will be recorded as given to the Court within the meaning of section 44(2) of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 on the date it is date stamped as received in the offices of the Labour Court, and these dates will not include the listed public holiday dates.
