Update on public hearing from Wednesday the 4th of September 2024

At the commencement of the hearing Mr Carpendale for Naisiunta Leictreach Contraiteoir Eireann Cuideachta Faoi Theorainn Rathaiochta (NECI) made an application to bring the hearing to a close. The Court heard the application and having considered it and the response(s) from the other interested parties in attendance brought the hearing to a close on the basis that it would not be making a recommendation to the Minister.
