Review of Joint Labour Committees conducted by the Labour Court since 2013

Section 41A of the Industrial Relations Act 1946 Act requires the Labour Court to carry out a review of each Joint Labour Committee (JLC) at least once every five years following the commencement of the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2012.
