Labour Court Decisions and Recommendations under employment rights may be enforced on application to the District Court after the expiration of 42 days of the date of notice of the Court’s decision.
The Labour Court does not comment, advise or provide further material on determinations that have been issued. The Court is functus officio in respect of Decisions it issues and has no further function on the matter.
