Enforcement of Decisions

Decisions of the Labour Court, under employment legislation, may be enforced on foot of an application to the District Court after 42 days of the notice of the Labour Court’s decision.

The Labour Court does not comment, advise or provide further material on determinations that have been issued. The Court is functus officio in respect of Decisions it issues and has no further function on the matter.
